Hey all, I’m sorry to say I need to take a hiatus from this webcomic. I’m not burnt out and I enjoy working on it, but the internet keeps changing and I’m not quite sure how to adapt.
I’m not sure when I’ll be back and it’s possible you’ll still see updates, but I need time to think, figure out what’s next, and step back and see the whole picture. I want to continue this story very much. In what form I don’t know. Please understand that I’m not taking a break because I don’t like what I have or feel its not good enough, or because it was too much work, the last few years have just been a mental health drain.
If I can, I would like to spend the time I would normally spend on new pages restarting the story with an outline and thumbs instead of trying to lay tracks down as I go. Or figure out how to continue the story with what I have. I need time to get a fuller picture of what I’m writing about it, how I’m going to do it, and figure out what the internet looks like for independent creators going forward. Mostly the last bit.
